Arrive at Ngurah Rai International Airport, where you will be warmly welcomed by our representative and assisted with your transfer to the hotel. - No refund will be made for any unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation segments sightseeing tours or any other service due to Bad weather, ill health, Strike, Road blocks or any other factor beyond our Control. Such unused items are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
- No refund shall be claimed, if the services & amenities of hotel were not up to your expectations, it will be considered on case-to-case basis Confirmation policy.

Payment Policy
- The Above package can be booked/ hold by paying token amount which is 50% of the total amount for booking
- The client has to complete 80% of total amount within one month from the booking date.
- The remaining 20% should be complete before 7 days prior to date of arrival.
Cancellation Policy
- If cancellations are made 30 days before the start date of the trip, 30 % of the Total Package Cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- If cancellations are made 15-30 days before the start date of the trip, 70% of the Total Package Cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- If cancellations are made within 7-10 days before the start date of the trip, 85% of the Total Package cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- 100% cancellation would be charged from the total booking amount in case of 6 days prior or last-minute booking cancellation due to flight cancellation, any natural calamity, and change in flight schedule/ferry due to technical/weather and high tides and sea conditions.
- In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be cancelled and, in such cases, we will try our best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However, no refund will be provided for the same.
- 100% in case of non-refundable flight ticket / Hotel Room.
- Any GST charged on any transaction will not be refunded.
