Refund & Cancellation

If cancellations are made 30 days before the start date of the trip, 30 % of the Total Package Cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

If cancellations are made 15-30 days before the start date of the trip, 70% of the Total Package Cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

If cancellations are made within 0-10 days before the start date of the trip, 85% of the Total Package cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be cancelled and, in such cases, we will try our best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However, no refund will be provided for the same.

100% cancellation would be charged from the total booking amount in case of last-minute booking cancellation due to flight cancellation, any natural calamity, and change in flight schedule/ferry due to technical/weather and high tides and sea conditions.

For any unforeseen weather condition or government restrictions, no refund would be applicable for the same.

In case of rescheduling the dates within 30 days of the trip date, the amount cannot be adjusted or refunded for the booked package.

Cancellations will only be considered made via email. Calls or WhatsApp messages will not be considered.
