Tour Plan
Upon arrival at Denpasar International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by our representative. After the meet & greet, proceed for a comfortable transfer to your hotel and complete the check-in process. The rest of the evening is free at leisure to explore the surroundings or relax at the hotel on your own. Enjoy an overnight stay at your hotel.
After breakfast at the hotel, proceed to Tanjung Benoa Beach for an exciting water sports experience including Parasailing, Jet Skiing, and a fun Banana Boat Ride. Later, visit the majestic Uluwatu Temple, beautifully perched on a cliff overlooking the Indian Ocean and enjoy a stunning sunset view. After the tour, return to your hotel. After breakfast at the hotel, begin your fun-filled day at Trans Studio Bali and enjoy exciting attractions, including Fly Over Indonesia. Later, proceed for a shopping tour in the lively markets of Kuta, where you can explore local souvenirs and brands. After an enjoyable day, return to your hotel. After breakfast at the hotel, check out from your Kuta hotel and proceed to your hotel in Ungasan. Upon arrival, complete the check-in process. Later, use the complimentary GWK shuttle to visit and explore the famous Garuda Wisnu Kencana Park, known for its iconic statue and cultural attractions. After the visit, return to your hotel. Terms & Conditions
- The rates are subjects to availabilty.
- Accommodation in the itinerary at the mentioned hotels or the similar hotels.
- The confirmation is subjects to availability and prior payment.
- Room allocation is done by the hotel depending upon availability at the time of check-in the category of room as specified on your confirmation voucher.
- Extra bed means Extra mattress.
- No refund will be made for any unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation segments sightseeing tours or any other service due to Bad weather, ill health, Strike, Road blocks or any other factor beyond our Control. Such unused items are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
- No refund shall be claimed, if the services & amenities of hotel were not up to your expectations, it will be considered on case-to-case basis Confirmation policy.
- Token amount is nonrefundable.
- Price quoted are subject to availability at time of confirmation, we are currently not holding any blocking against the sent quotation.
- Tour prices are valid for Indian Nationals & Foreigners holding Indian Resident Permit.
- Booking confirmations are subject to availability.
- All Hotels Rooms are subject to availability.
- We are not holding any reservations of air seats, hotel rooms, conference rooms etc. Final availability status will only be known when we request for bookings.
- Holiday Surcharge will be additional if applicable
- Any overstay expenses due to delay or change or cancellation in flight will be on the guests own & Exploring Holidays India will not be held liable for such expenses however we will provide best possible.
- Any GST charged on any transaction will not be refunded.
Payment Policy
- The Above package can be booked/ hold by paying token amount which is 50% of the total amount for booking
- The client has to complete 80% of total amount within one month from the booking date.
- The remaining 20% should be complete before 7 days prior to date of arrival.
Cancellation Policy
- If cancellations are made 30 days before the start date of the trip, 30 % of the Total Package Cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- If cancellations are made 15-30 days before the start date of the trip, 70% of the Total Package Cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- If cancellations are made within 7-10 days before the start date of the trip, 85% of the Total Package cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- 100% cancellation would be charged from the total booking amount in case of 6 days prior or last-minute booking cancellation due to flight cancellation, any natural calamity, and change in flight schedule/ferry due to technical/weather and high tides and sea conditions.
- In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be cancelled and, in such cases, we will try our best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However, no refund will be provided for the same.
- 100% in case of non-refundable flight ticket / Hotel Room.
- Any GST charged on any transaction will not be refunded.
