Tour Plan
Welcome to Srinagar! Upon arrival at Srinagar Airport, you will be greeted by our representative and transferred to your hotel. After check-in, relax for some time before proceeding for local sightseeing. Begin your tour with the beautiful Mughal Gardens, starting with Shalimar Bagh, famous for its stunning Persian-style terraces. Continue to Nishat Bagh, offering breathtaking views of Dal Lake, and visit Asia’s largest Tulip Garden (seasonal), renowned for its vibrant display of tulips during spring. Later, explore the historic terraced garden of Pari Mahal, known for its panoramic views of the city. After the sightseeing tour, return to your hotel for a comfortable overnight stay in Srinagar.
After breakfast, proceed towards Thajiwas Pony Stand, from where you can hire a pony (at your own cost) to reach the famous Thajiwas Glacier. Upon arrival, admire the mesmerizing beauty of the ice-capped glacier set amidst stunning alpine scenery. You may also visit Krishnasar Lake, known for its crystal-clear waters reflecting the surrounding snow-clad peaks, and explore the picturesque Baltal Valley, offering breathtaking mountain views. After enjoying this unforgettable experience, return to the pony stand and drive back to your hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel.
After breakfast, proceed towards the Gulmarg Union Cab Stand. Upon arrival, you may either walk or take a local cab to reach the Gondola Cable Car Station. Enjoy a scenic gondola ride (tickets not included) as you glide over lush green meadows, taking in breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding mountains and valleys. Later, visit the beautiful Drung Waterfall and explore the serene Strawberry Valley, known for its natural charm. After a memorable day in Gulmarg, return to the Union Cab Stand and transfer back to your hotel for an overnight stay.
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed towards Pahalgam. Upon arrival, check in to your hotel and relax for some time. Later, head to the Pahalgam Union Cab Stand, from where you can hire a local cab (at an additional cost) to explore the famous valleys of Pahalgam. Visit Aru Valley, renowned for its breathtaking landscapes, followed by Betaab Valley, famous for its scenic riverbanks and Bollywood connections. Continue to Chandanwari, offering spectacular views of the surrounding Himalayan mountains. After completing the sightseeing tour, return to the cab stand and drive back to your hotel for a comfortable overnight stay in Pahalgam.
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive back to Srinagar. Upon arrival, proceed for local sightseeing starting with a visit to the sacred Shankaracharya Temple, located atop a hill and offering panoramic views of the city. Later, enjoy shopping at Lal Chowk, a vibrant market known for traditional Kashmiri handicrafts and local culture, followed by a visit to the scenic Badam Wari Park. In the evening, enjoy a relaxing Shikara ride on Dal Lake, admiring the iconic houseboats and beautiful surroundings. After the tour, check in to your houseboat for a memorable overnight stay in Srinagar.
After breakfast, check out from your houseboat as it’s time to bid farewell to the beautiful valley of Kashmir. You will be transferred to Srinagar Airport for your onward journey. The tour comes to an end with unforgettable memories of serene lakes, majestic mountains, and the timeless charm of Kashmir. Have a safe and pleasant journey ahead!

- Trip to Betaab Valley, Aru Valley, and Chandanwari Valley in Pahalgam (done by Union Taxi and paid for directly).
- Gondola (Cable car) Tickets for Gulmarg.
- Table drinks, VIP Passes laundry, porter, Horse, pony, tips, camera fee, ropeway charges, entrance charges,
- travel insurance, personal expenses of the clients
- If the route is obstructed due to severe snowfall, a snow jeep will be stationed in Tangmarg; otherwise, the vehicle will proceed directly to Gulmarg.
- Personal costs include laundry, phone calls, tipping, mineral water, soft and hard beverages, rafting, rock climbing, paragliding, and porterage.
- Additional sightseeing or car usage above what is specified in the schedule
- Entrance fees of all sightseeing places to be visited from inside.
- Any costs stemming from natural disasters such as landslides, road blockages, political disturbances (strikes), etc. (must be paid by the client, who is directly paying on the spot).
- Anything specifically not mentioned in the ‘tour price includes’ column.
- Any extra sightseeing, services, or activity charges other than those included in the itinerary.
Terms & Conditions
- The rates are subjects to change without any prior notice.
- Accommodation in the itinerary at the mentioned hotels or the similar hotels.
- The confirmation is subjects to availability and prior payment.
- Room allocation is done by the hotel depending upon availability at the time of check-in the category of room as specified on your confirmation voucher.
- Extra bed means Extra mattress.
- No refund will be made for any unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation segments sightseeing tours or any other service due to Bad weather, ill health, Strike, Road blocks or any other factor beyond our Control. Such unused items are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
- No refund shall be claimed, if the services & amenities of hotel were not up to your expectations, it will be considered on case-to-case basis Confirmation policy.
- AC will not work in Hill Stations.
- Token amount is nonrefundable.
- Price quoted are subject to availability at time of confirmation, we are currently not holding any blocking against the sent quotation.
- Tour prices are valid for Indian Nationals & Foreigners holding Indian Resident Permit.
- Booking confirmations are subject to availability.
- All Hotels Rooms are subject to availability.
- We are not holding any reservations of air seats, hotel rooms, conference rooms etc. Final availability status will only be known when we request for bookings.
- Holiday Surcharge will be additional if applicable
- Any overstay expenses due to delay or change or cancellation in flight will be on the guests own & Exploring Holidays India will not be held liable for such expenses however we will provide best possible.
Payment Policy
- The Above package can be booked/ hold by paying token amount which is 30% of the total amount for booking
- The client has to complete 80% (30+50 %) of total amount within one month from the booking date.
- The remaining 20% should be complete before 7 days prior to date of arrival.
Cancellation Policy
- If cancellations are made 30 days before the start date of the trip, 30 % of the Total Package Cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- If cancellations are made 15-30 days before the start date of the trip, 70% of the Total Package Cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- If cancellations are made within 7-10 days before the start date of the trip, 85% of the Total Package cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- 100% cancellation would be charged from the total booking amount in case of 6 days prior or last-minute booking cancellation due to flight cancellation, any natural calamity, and change in flight schedule/ferry due to technical/weather and high tides and sea conditions.
- In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be cancelled and, in such cases, we will try our best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However, no refund will be provided for the same.
- 100% in case of non-refundable flight ticket / Hotel Room.
