Tour Plan

Upon arrival at Chandigarh or Delhi, meet our representative and drive towards Shimla — the charming hill station also known as the “Queen of Hills.” En route, enjoy beautiful views of the Shivalik ranges and pine forests. On reaching Shimla, check in to your hotel and relax after your journey. In the evening, take a leisurely walk along the Mall Road and The Ridge, where you can explore local shops and cafes. Overnight stay at the hotel in Shimla.

After breakfast, proceed for a full-day excursion to Kufri, a scenic hill spot famous for its snow-capped peaks and adventure activities. Visit the Himalayan Nature Park and enjoy a pony ride to the Mahasu Peak for panoramic views. Later, return to Shimla and explore local attractions such as Jakhoo Temple, Christ Church, and Scandal Point. Evening free for shopping on Mall Road. Overnight stay at the hotel.

After an early breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive to Manali. The journey takes you through the picturesque Kullu Valley, along the banks of the Beas River. En route, visit the Pandoh Dam, Sundernagar Lake, and a traditional Kullu shawl factory. On arrival in Manali, check in to your hotel and relax. The evening is at leisure to explore the local surroundings. Overnight stay at the hotel in Manali.

This day is dedicated to exploring the breathtaking Solang Valley, also known as the “Snow Valley.” After breakfast, drive to Solang Valley where you can enjoy adventure activities such as paragliding, zorbing, skiing, or a ropeway ride (optional). If weather and road conditions permit, you may also visit Rohtang Pass (at an additional cost), offering magnificent views of glaciers and mountain peaks. Return to Manali in the evening and enjoy your overnight stay

Rohtang Pass Trip (Optional): You can also opt for a Rohtang Pass trip on a direct payment basis — either by local taxi or by HRTC electric bus (subject to availability and weather conditions). Solang Valley can be conveniently covered while returning from Rohtang Pass.

After breakfast, explore the local attractions of Manali. Visit the ancient Hadimba Devi Temple, known for its wooden architecture, followed by a visit to Manu Temple, Vashisht Hot Springs, Tibetan Monastery, and Van Vihar. Spend your evening strolling around Mall Road to shop for souvenirs or enjoy local Himachali cuisine at one of the cozy cafés. Overnight stay at the hotel in Manali.

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and begin your return journey towards Delhi or Chandigarh. En route, take back wonderful memories of your Shimla–Manali trip filled with scenic beauty, adventure, and relaxation. Tour concludes with happy memories.

    • Trip to Rohtang pass (done by Union Taxi and paid for directly).
    • Table drinks, VIP Passes laundry, Room heater, porter, Horse, pony, tips, camera fee, ropeway charges, entrance charges,
    • Travel insurance, personal expenses of the clients.
    • Personal costs include laundry, phone calls, tipping, mineral water, soft and hard beverages, rafting, rock climbing, paragliding, and porterage.
    • Additional sightseeing or car usage above what is specified in the schedule
    • Entrance fees of all sightseeing places to be visited from inside.
    • Any costs stemming from natural disasters such as landslides, road blockages, political disturbances (strikes), etc. (must be paid by the client, who is directly paying on the spot).
    • Anything specifically not mentioned in the ‘tour price includes’ column.
    • Any extra sightseeing, services, or activity charges other than those included in the itinerary

Terms & Conditions

  • The rates are subjects to change without any prior notice.
  • Accommodation in the itinerary at the mentioned hotels or the similar hotels.
  • The confirmation is subjects to availability and prior payment.
  • Room allocation is done by the hotel depending upon availability at the time of check-in the category of room as specified on your confirmation voucher.
  • Extra bed means Extra mattress.
  • No refund will be made for any unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation segments sightseeing tours or any other service due to Bad weather, ill health, Strike, Road blocks or any other factor beyond our Control. Such unused items are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
  • No refund shall be claimed, if the services & amenities of hotel were not up to your expectations, it will be considered on case-to-case basis Confirmation policy.
  • AC will not work in Hill Stations.
  • Token amount is nonrefundable.
  • Price quoted are subject to availability at time of confirmation, we are currently not holding any blocking against the sent quotation.
  • Tour prices are valid for Indian Nationals & Foreigners holding Indian Resident Permit.
  • Booking confirmations are subject to availability.
  • All Hotels Rooms are subject to availability.
  • We are not holding any reservations of air seats, hotel rooms, conference rooms etc. Final availability status will only be known when we request for bookings.
  • Holiday Surcharge will be additional if applicable
  • Any overstay expenses due to delay or change or cancellation in flight will be on the guests own & Exploring Holidays India will not be held liable for such expenses however we will provide best possible.
  • Any GST charged on any transaction will not be refunded.

Payment Policy

  • The Above package can be booked/ hold by paying token amount which is 30% of the total amount for booking
  • The client has to complete 80% (30+50 %) of total amount within one month from the booking date.
  • The remaining 20% should be complete before 7 days prior to date of arrival.

Cancellation Policy

  • If cancellations are made 30 days before the start date of the trip, 30 % of the Total Package Cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
  • If cancellations are made 15-30 days before the start date of the trip, 70% of the Total Package Cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
  • If cancellations are made within 7-10 days before the start date of the trip, 85% of the Total Package cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
  • 100% cancellation would be charged from the total booking amount in case of 6 days prior or last-minute booking cancellation due to flight cancellation, any natural calamity, and change in flight schedule/ferry due to technical/weather and high tides and sea conditions.
  • In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be cancelled and, in such cases, we will try our best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However, no refund will be provided for the same.
  • 100% in case of non-refundable flight ticket / Hotel Room.
  • Any GST charged on any transaction will not be refunded.
