Tour Plan
Welcome to Sri Lanka! Upon arrival at Colombo International Airport, you will be warmly assisted by our local ground staff and escorted to your vehicle for a comfortable transfer to Bentota. Renowned for its golden beaches, luxury resorts, and a perfect blend of relaxation and adventure, Bentota is one of Sri Lanka’s most popular coastal destinations.
On arrival, check in at your hotel or resort and take some time to freshen up. Later, head to Bentota Beach to enjoy exciting water-sports activities, including one round each of Jet Ski, Banana Boat, and Tube Ride. Spend the rest of the evening at leisure, soaking in the coastal ambiance. Overnight stay in Bentota.
After breakfast at the hotel, proceed for a full-day sightseeing tour. Explore Bentota city, enjoy a scenic boat ride on the Madu River, and visit the Turtle Hatchery. Later, travel to Galle for a city tour including the historic Galle Fort. Return to Bentota in the evening for an overnight stay.
Enjoy breakfast at the hotel and check out. Transfer to Colombo and visit the iconic Colombo Lotus Tower, offering panoramic views of the city. Spend the rest of the day at leisure for shopping or relaxation. Check in to your Colombo hotel and stay overnight.
After breakfast, embark on a full-day Colombo city tour. Visit major attractions including the famous Gangaramaya Temple, Independence Square, and Galle Face Green (time permitting). Return to the hotel for an overnight stay in Colombo.
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and transfer to Bandaranaike International Airport for your departure, concluding your memorable Sri Lankan getaway.

- Room allocation is done by the hotel depending upon availability at the time of check-in the category of room as specified on your confirmation voucher.
- Extra bed means Extra mattress.
- No refund will be made for any unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation segments sightseeing tours or any other service due to Bad weather, ill health, Strike, Road blocks or any other factor beyond our Control.Such unused items are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
- No refund shall be claimed, if the services & amenities of hotel were not up to your expectations, it will be considered on case-to-case basis Confirmation policy.
- Token amount is nonrefundable.
- Price quoted are subject to availability at time of confirmation, we are currently not holding any blocking against the sent quotation.
- Tour prices are valid for Indian Nationals & Foreigners holding Indian Resident Permit.
- Booking confirmations are subject to availability.

- We are not holding any reservations of air seats, hotel rooms, conference rooms etc. Final availability status will only be known when we request for bookings.
- Holiday Surcharge will be additional if applicable.
- Any overstay expenses due to delay or change or cancellation in flight will be on the guests own & Exploring Holidays India will not be held liable for such expenses however we will provide best possible.
- Any GST charged on any transaction will not be refunded.
Payment Policy
- The Above package can be booked/ hold by paying token amount which is 50% of the total amount for booking.
- The client has to complete 80% of total amount within one month from the booking date.
- The remaining 20% should be complete before 7 days prior to date of arrival.
Cancellation Policy
- If cancellations are made 30 days before the start date of the trip, 30 % of the Total Package Cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- If cancellations are made 15-30 days before the start date of the trip, 70% of the Total Package Cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- If cancellations are made within 7-10 days before the start date of the trip, 85% of the Total Package cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- 100% cancellation would be charged from the total booking amount in case of 6 days prior or last-minute booking cancellation due to flight cancellation, any natural calamity, and change in flight schedule/ferry due to technical/weather and high tides and sea conditions.
- In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be cancelled and, in such cases, we will try our best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However, no refund will be provided for the same.
- 100% in case of non-refundable flight ticket / Hotel Room.
- Any GST charged on any transaction will not be refunded.
