Tour Plan
Arrive Srinagar airport meet and assist by our representative and transfer to hotel/ houseboat, check in the hote later proceed tolocal sightseeing, afternoon shikara ride on dal lake , visiting floating gardens , lotus gardens, vegetable gardens, back water of lake cruise will go through canals, also pay visit to papaer machi and wood carving handicrafts . over night at houseboat.

After breakfast, proceed for a full-day excursion to Gulmarg.
Situated at an altitude of 2,730 meters above sea level, Gulmarg is surrounded by snow-capped mountains and offers breathtaking views. On a clear sunny day, you may even catch a glimpse of Nanga Parbat. The highlight of Gulmarg is the famous Gondola ride (cable car) up to Alpather via Kongdori, which is Asia’s longest cable car stretch covering approximately 5 km (tickets at your own cost). The ride is a thrilling experience and offers panoramic views of the valley.
In the evening, return back to Srinagar and check in at your hotel for an overnight stay.

After breakfast, proceed towards Pahalgam. On arrival, check in at the hotel. Pahalgam, located southeast of Srinagar at an altitude of 2,130 meters above sea level, is one of Kashmir’s most popular resorts. It is surrounded by majestic mountains, dense pine forests, and serene high-altitude lakes, making it a perfect retreat for nature lovers.
In the evening, you are free to explore the surroundings and enjoy the scenic beauty all around. Later, return to the hotel for an overnight stay in Pahalgam.

Morning after breakfast, proceed to explore the beautiful ABC valleys around Pahalgam also known as ( Aru Valley, Betab Valley, Chandanwari). Begin with a visit to Aru Valley, renowned for its serene environment, lush green meadows, and breathtaking scenery. This charming village also serves as the base camp for treks to the Kolahoi Glacier.
Continue to the picturesque Betaab Valley, named after the Bollywood film “Betaab” that was shot here. Surrounded by snow-clad mountains, dense forests, and rolling meadows, it is one of the most popular attractions in Pahalgam.
Later, visit Chandanwari, the starting point of the sacred Amarnath Yatra. After sightseeing, drive back to Pahalgam. The evening is free for personal activities – you may stroll along Pahalgam Mall Road and enjoy the local charm.

After breakfast, proceed to Srinagar and check in at the hotel. Later, enjoy a sightseeing tour of the city by visiting the famous Mughal Gardens – Cheshma Shahi (Royal Spring), Nishat Bagh (Garden of Pleasure), and Shalimar Bagh (Abode of Love) – all laid out in the 16th century along the banks of the Dal Lake. These gardens showcase the grandeur of Mughal horticulture and offer serene views of the lake and surrounding mountains.
Continue your tour with a visit to the Shankaracharya Temple, perched on a hilltop, offering a panoramic view of Srinagar city, Dal Lake, and the River Jhelum. En route, visit a handloom centre, renowned worldwide for its exquisite Pashmina/Shahtoosh shawls and intricately designed Kashmiri carpets.
In the evening, return to the hotel for an overnight stay in Srinagar.

After breakfast, proceed for a full-day excursion to Sonamarg (approx. 51 km from Srinagar). Located northeast of Srinagar at an altitude of 3,000 meters above sea level, Sonamarg, meaning “Meadow of Gold”, is renowned for its breathtaking scenic beauty. The drive itself is a delight, with views of dense forests and towering snow-clad mountains.
Sonamarg is a popular resort for mountaineers and rock climbers, and also serves as an important stopover on the route to Kargil (Ladakh). It is the ideal base for numerous trekking routes leading to high-altitude lakes, glaciers, and the sacred Amarnath Ji cave.
In the evening, return to Srinagar and check in at your hotel for an overnight stay.

Today will be last last day of your exotic Kashmir tour! After breakfast at the hotel, check out and proceed to Srinagar Airport / Railway Station for your onward journey. With fond memories of the breathtaking valleys, gardens, and serene beauty of Kashmir, your unforgettable trip comes to an end.

- If the route is obstructed due to severe snowfall, a snow jeep will be stationed in Tangmarg; otherwise, the vehicle will proceed directly to Gulmarg.
- Personal costs include laundry, phone calls, tipping, mineral water, soft and hard beverages, rafting, rock climbing, paragliding, and porterage.
- Additional sightseeing or car usage above what is specified in the schedule
- Entrance fees of all sightseeing places to be visited from inside.
- Any costs stemming from natural disasters such as landslides, road blockages, political disturbances (strikes), etc. (must be paid by the client, who is directly paying on the spot).
- Anything specifically not mentioned in the ‘tour price includes’ column.
- Any extra sightseeing, services, or activity charges other than those included in the itinerary.

- The confirmation is subjects to availability and prior payment.
- Room allocation is done by the hotel depending upon availability at the time of check-in the category of room as specified on your confirmation voucher.
- Extra bed means Extra mattress.
- No refund will be made for any unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation segments sightseeing tours or any other service due to Bad weather, ill health, Strike, Road blocks or any other factor beyond our Control. Such unused items are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
- No refund shall be claimed, if the services & amenities of hotel were not up to your expectations, it will be considered on case-to-case basis Confirmation policy.
- AC will not work in Hill Stations.
- Token amount is nonrefundable.
- Price quoted are subject to availability at time of confirmation, we are currently not holding any blocking against the sent quotation.
- Tour prices are valid for Indian Nationals & Foreigners holding Indian Resident Permit.
- Booking confirmations are subject to availability.

- We are not holding any reservations of air seats, hotel rooms, conference rooms etc. Final availability status will only be known when we request for bookings.
- Holiday Surcharge will be additional if applicable
- Any overstay expenses due to delay or change or cancellation in flight will be on the guests own & Akbar Holidays will not be held liable for such expenses however we will provide best possible.
Payment Policy
- The Above package can be booked/ hold by paying token amount which is 30% of the total amount for booking
- The client has to complete 80% (30+50 %) of total amount within one month from the booking date.
- The remaining 20% should be complete before 7 days prior to date of arrival.
Cancellation Policy
- If cancellations are made 30 days before the start date of the trip, 30 % of the Total Package Cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- If cancellations are made 15-30 days before the start date of the trip, 70% of the Total Package Cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- If cancellations are made within 7-10 days before the start date of the trip, 85% of the Total Package cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- 100% cancellation would be charged from the total booking amount in case of 6 days prior or last-minute booking cancellation due to flight cancellation, any natural calamity, and change in flight schedule/ferry due to technical/weather and high tides and sea conditions.
- In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be cancelled and, in such cases, we will try our best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However, no refund will be provided for the same.
- 100% in case of non-refundable flight ticket / Hotel Room.
