Tour Plan

Arrive at Kochi Airport/Railway Station and meet our representative. Begin your beautiful drive to Munnar, passing through tea gardens, misty mountains, and waterfalls. En route, stop at Cheeyappara Waterfalls, Valara Waterfalls, and spice/tea plantations. On arrival, check in to your hotel and relax. Evening is free at leisure to enjoy the cool climate of Munnar. Overnight stay in Munnar.

After breakfast, proceed for a full-day sightseeing tour of Munnar. Visit the famous Eravikulam National Park (home of the Nilgiri Tahr), followed by Mattupetty Dam, Echo Point, Kundala Lake, Blossom Hydel Park, and the Tea Museum. Enjoy the breathtaking views of rolling tea estates and serene lakes. Return to the hotel in the evening. Overnight stay in Munnar.

After breakfast, check out and drive to Thekkady through dense forests and spice plantations. On arrival, check in to your hotel. Later, visit the Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary and enjoy an optional boat ride on Periyar Lake, where you may spot elephants, deer, bison, and various birds. In the evening, enjoy optional activities like a Kathakali dance show, Kalaripayattu martial arts show, Elephant Junction visit, or a spice plantation tour. Overnight stay in Thekkady.

After breakfast, check out and drive to Alleppey, known as the “Venice of the East.” On arrival, board your houseboat or check in at your resort (as per package). Cruise through the tranquil backwaters, passing lush paddy fields, coconut palms, and village life along the canals. Enjoy traditional Kerala meals on board (if houseboat). Spend a peaceful evening as the houseboat anchors in the backwaters. Overnight stay in Alleppey.

After breakfast, check out from the houseboat/resort and drive back to Kochi for your onward journey. Depart with wonderful memories of Kerala’s hills, wildlife, and serene backwaters.

    • Govt. tax of 5% over and above the tour cost mentioned.
    • Meals Other than Breakfast.
    • Any Air, Train, Bus or Cruise fares to or from your originating place, unless specified.
    • Table drinks, VIP Passes laundry, Room heater, porter, Horse, pony, tips, camera fee, ropeway charges, entrance charges,
    • Travel insurance, personal expenses of the clients.
    • Personal costs include laundry, phone calls, tipping, mineral water, soft and hard beverages, rafting, rock climbing, paragliding, and porterage.
    • Additional sightseeing or car usage above what is specified in the schedule
    • Entrance fees of all sightseeing places to be visited from inside.
    • Any costs stemming from natural disasters such as landslides, road blockages, political disturbances (strikes), etc. (must be paid by the client, who is directly paying on the spot).
    • Anything specifically not mentioned in the ‘tour price includes’ column.
    • Any extra sightseeing, services, or activity charges other than those included in the itinerary

Terms & Conditions

  • The rates are subjects to change without any prior notice.
  • Accommodation in the itinerary at the mentioned hotels or the similar hotels.
  • The confirmation is subjects to availability and prior payment.
  • Room allocation is done by the hotel depending upon availability at the time of check-in the category of room as specified on your confirmation voucher.
  • Extra bed means Extra mattress.
  • No refund will be made for any unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation segments sightseeing tours or any other service due to Bad weather, ill health, Strike, Road blocks or any other factor beyond our Control. Such unused items are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
  • No refund shall be claimed, if the services & amenities of hotel were not up to your expectations, it will be considered on case-to-case basis Confirmation policy.
  • Token amount is nonrefundable.
  • Price quoted are subject to availability at time of confirmation, we are currently not holding any blocking against the sent quotation.
  • Tour prices are valid for Indian Nationals & Foreigners holding Indian Resident Permit.
  • Booking confirmations are subject to availability.
  • All Hotels Rooms are subject to availability.
  • We are not holding any reservations of air seats, hotel rooms, conference rooms etc. Final availability status will only be known when we request for bookings.
  • Holiday Surcharge will be additional if applicable
  • Any overstay expenses due to delay or change or cancellation in flight will be on the guests own & Exploring Holidays India will not be held liable for such expenses however we will provide best possible.
  • Any GST charged on any transaction will not be refunded.

Payment Policy

  • The Above package can be booked/ hold by paying token amount which is 30% of the total amount for booking
  • The client has to complete 80% (30+50 %) of total amount within one month from the booking date.
  • The remaining 20% should be complete before 7 days prior to date of arrival.

Cancellation Policy

  • If cancellations are made 30 days before the start date of the trip, 30 % of the Total Package Cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
  • If cancellations are made 15-30 days before the start date of the trip, 70% of the Total Package Cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
  • If cancellations are made within 7-10 days before the start date of the trip, 85% of the Total Package cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
  • 100% cancellation would be charged from the total booking amount in case of 6 days prior or last-minute booking cancellation due to flight cancellation, any natural calamity, and change in flight schedule/ferry due to technical/weather and high tides and sea conditions.
  • In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be cancelled and, in such cases, we will try our best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However, no refund will be provided for the same.
  • 100% in case of non-refundable flight ticket / Hotel Room.
  • Any GST charged on any transaction will not be refunded.
