Tour Plan

Arrive at Kochi (Cochin), the vibrant gateway to Kerala, known for its scenic coastal beauty. Proceed to Munnar, a charming hill station that was once the summer resort of the British. Enjoy panoramic views of cardamom hills, lush tea plantations, and misty valleys along the way. On arrival, check in to your hotel and relax amidst nature. Overnight stay in Munnar.

After breakfast, enjoy a full-day sightseeing tour of Munnar. Visit Mattupetty Dam (optional boat ride), Eravikulam National Park (entry fees extra), Echo Point, and Kundala Lake. You may also visit Top Station, Tea Museum, and Tea Gardens at an additional cost. Return to the hotel in the evening. Overnight stay in Munnar.

After breakfast, drive to Thekkady, known for its cool climate and aromatic spice plantations. Enjoy scenic views of cardamom, pepper, cinnamon, and clove plantations along the way. On arrival, check in to your hotel. Later, you may visit a spice plantation, and attend a Kathakali dance show or Kalaripayattu martial arts performance (optional). Overnight stay in Thekkady.

After breakfast, proceed for a boat ride on Periyar Lake (tickets purchased directly). Witness wildlife such as elephants, deer, and birds in their natural habitat from the boat. Later, you may enjoy an elephant ride at Elephant Junction (optional). Overnight stay in Thekkady.

After breakfast, drive to Alleppey, famous for its serene backwaters. Check in to your traditional houseboat (Kettuvallam) and enjoy cruising through canals, lagoons, paddy fields, and coconut groves. Experience Kerala’s peaceful village life as you drift along the backwaters. Overnight stay in the Houseboat.

After breakfast, proceed to Kumarakom, a beautiful backwater destination known as the Venice of the East. Visit the Kumarakom Bird Sanctuary, home to migratory birds like Siberian cranes, herons, egrets, ducks, and kingfishers. Check in to your hotel and enjoy leisure time. Optional activities include Ayurvedic treatments and sunset cruise on Vembanad Lake. Overnight stay in Kumarakom.

After breakfast, check out and transfer to Cochin Airport for your onward journey. Depart with unforgettable memories of Kerala—God’s Own Country.

    • Any Air, Train, Bus or Cruise fares to or from your originating place, unless specified.
    • Table drinks, VIP Passes laundry, Room heater, porter, Horse, pony, tips, camera fee, ropeway charges, entrance charges,
    • Travel insurance, personal expenses of the clients.
    • Personal costs include laundry, phone calls, tipping, mineral water, soft and hard beverages, rafting, rock climbing, paragliding, and porterage.
    • Additional sightseeing or car usage above what is specified in the schedule
    • Entrance fees of all sightseeing places to be visited from inside.
    • Any costs stemming from natural disasters such as landslides, road blockages, political disturbances (strikes), etc. (must be paid by the client, who is directly paying on the spot).
    • Anything specifically not mentioned in the ‘tour price includes’ column.
    • Any extra sightseeing, services, or activity charges other than those included in the itinerary

Terms & Conditions

  • The rates are subjects to change without any prior notice.
  • Accommodation in the itinerary at the mentioned hotels or the similar hotels.
  • The confirmation is subjects to availability and prior payment.
  • Room allocation is done by the hotel depending upon availability at the time of check-in the category of room as specified on your confirmation voucher.
  • Extra bed means Extra mattress.
  • No refund will be made for any unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation segments sightseeing tours or any other service due to Bad weather, ill health, Strike, Road blocks or any other factor beyond our Control. Such unused items are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
  • No refund shall be claimed, if the services & amenities of hotel were not up to your expectations, it will be considered on case-to-case basis Confirmation policy.
  • Token amount is nonrefundable.
  • Price quoted are subject to availability at time of confirmation, we are currently not holding any blocking against the sent quotation.
  • Tour prices are valid for Indian Nationals & Foreigners holding Indian Resident Permit.
  • Booking confirmations are subject to availability.
  • All Hotels Rooms are subject to availability.
  • We are not holding any reservations of air seats, hotel rooms, conference rooms etc. Final availability status will only be known when we request for bookings.
  • Holiday Surcharge will be additional if applicable
  • Any overstay expenses due to delay or change or cancellation in flight will be on the guests own & Exploring Holidays India will not be held liable for such expenses however we will provide best possible.
  • Any GST charged on any transaction will not be refunded.

Payment Policy

  • The Above package can be booked/ hold by paying token amount which is 30% of the total amount for booking
  • The client has to complete 80% (30+50 %) of total amount within one month from the booking date.
  • The remaining 20% should be complete before 7 days prior to date of arrival.

Cancellation Policy

  • If cancellations are made 30 days before the start date of the trip, 30 % of the Total Package Cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
  • If cancellations are made 15-30 days before the start date of the trip, 70% of the Total Package Cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
  • If cancellations are made within 7-10 days before the start date of the trip, 85% of the Total Package cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
  • 100% cancellation would be charged from the total booking amount in case of 6 days prior or last-minute booking cancellation due to flight cancellation, any natural calamity, and change in flight schedule/ferry due to technical/weather and high tides and sea conditions.
  • In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be cancelled and, in such cases, we will try our best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However, no refund will be provided for the same.
  • 100% in case of non-refundable flight ticket / Hotel Room.
  • Any GST charged on any transaction will not be refunded.
