Tour Plan

Arrive at Kochi Airport or Ernakulam Railway Station and proceed towards Munnar, one of Kerala’s most beautiful hill stations. Enjoy the scenic drive through tea gardens, waterfalls, and misty mountains. On arrival, check into the hotel and relax. Later, explore the surroundings at your leisure or enjoy the cool climate of Munnar. Overnight stay at the hotel in Munnar.

After breakfast, proceed for a full-day sightseeing tour of Munnar. Visit the Eravikulam National Park (home of the Nilgiri Tahr), Mattupetty Dam, Echo Point, Kundala Lake, and Photo Point. You may also enjoy a boat ride at Mattupetty Lake (on direct payment). Later visit the Tea Museum (optional) to learn about the history of tea plantations. Return to the hotel in the evening. Overnight stay in Munnar.

After breakfast, check out and proceed to Thekkady, famous for wildlife, spice plantations, and scenic mountains. On arrival, check into the hotel. Later, visit a spice plantation (optional) and explore the local market. In the evening, you may enjoy Kathakali show, Kalaripayattu martial arts, or Elephant Junction activities on direct payment. Overnight stay at the hotel in Thekkady.

This morning, you can enjoy a boat ride on Periyar Lake (optional, ticket on direct payment), where you might spot wildlife along the lake shores. After sightseeing, proceed to Alleppey, known as the “Venice of the East.” Check into the houseboat or resort (as per your plan). Enjoy the beautiful backwaters, paddy fields, and coconut groves. Overnight stay in Alleppey.

After breakfast, depart for Kovalam, Kerala’s most famous beach destination. On arrival, check into the hotel and relax. In the evening, spend time at Lighthouse Beach, Hawa Beach, and Samudra Beach, enjoying the sunset and beach vibes. Overnight stay in Kovalam.

After breakfast, proceed for a half-day sightseeing of Trivandrum. Visit the Padmanabhaswamy Temple (famous heritage temple), Napier Museum, Trivandrum Zoo, and Kuthiramalika Palace (optional). Later return to Kovalam and enjoy the rest of the day at the beach or relax at the resort. Overnight stay in Kovalam.

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and transfer to Trivandrum Airport or Railway Station for your onward journey. Depart with wonderful memories of your Kerala trip.

    • Any Air, Train, Bus or Cruise fares to or from your originating place, unless specified.
    • Table drinks, VIP Passes laundry, Room heater, porter, Horse, pony, tips, camera fee, ropeway charges, entrance charges,
    • Travel insurance, personal expenses of the clients.
    • Personal costs include laundry, phone calls, tipping, mineral water, soft and hard beverages, rafting, rock climbing, paragliding, and porterage.
    • Additional sightseeing or car usage above what is specified in the schedule
    • Entrance fees of all sightseeing places to be visited from inside.
    • Any costs stemming from natural disasters such as landslides, road blockages, political disturbances (strikes), etc. (must be paid by the client, who is directly paying on the spot).
    • Anything specifically not mentioned in the ‘tour price includes’ column.
    • Any extra sightseeing, services, or activity charges other than those included in the itinerary

Terms & Conditions

  • The rates are subjects to change without any prior notice.
  • Accommodation in the itinerary at the mentioned hotels or the similar hotels.
  • The confirmation is subjects to availability and prior payment.
  • Room allocation is done by the hotel depending upon availability at the time of check-in the category of room as specified on your confirmation voucher.
  • Extra bed means Extra mattress.
  • No refund will be made for any unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation segments sightseeing tours or any other service due to Bad weather, ill health, Strike, Road blocks or any other factor beyond our Control. Such unused items are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
  • No refund shall be claimed, if the services & amenities of hotel were not up to your expectations, it will be considered on case-to-case basis Confirmation policy.
  • Token amount is nonrefundable.
  • Price quoted are subject to availability at time of confirmation, we are currently not holding any blocking against the sent quotation.
  • Tour prices are valid for Indian Nationals & Foreigners holding Indian Resident Permit.
  • Booking confirmations are subject to availability.
  • All Hotels Rooms are subject to availability.
  • We are not holding any reservations of air seats, hotel rooms, conference rooms etc. Final availability status will only be known when we request for bookings.
  • Holiday Surcharge will be additional if applicable
  • Any overstay expenses due to delay or change or cancellation in flight will be on the guests own & Exploring Holidays India will not be held liable for such expenses however we will provide best possible.
  • Any GST charged on any transaction will not be refunded.

Payment Policy

  • The Above package can be booked/ hold by paying token amount which is 30% of the total amount for booking
  • The client has to complete 80% (30+50 %) of total amount within one month from the booking date.
  • The remaining 20% should be complete before 7 days prior to date of arrival.

Cancellation Policy

  • If cancellations are made 30 days before the start date of the trip, 30 % of the Total Package Cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
  • If cancellations are made 15-30 days before the start date of the trip, 70% of the Total Package Cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
  • If cancellations are made within 7-10 days before the start date of the trip, 85% of the Total Package cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
  • 100% cancellation would be charged from the total booking amount in case of 6 days prior or last-minute booking cancellation due to flight cancellation, any natural calamity, and change in flight schedule/ferry due to technical/weather and high tides and sea conditions.
  • In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be cancelled and, in such cases, we will try our best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However, no refund will be provided for the same.
  • 100% in case of non-refundable flight ticket / Hotel Room.
  • Any GST charged on any transaction will not be refunded.
