Arrive in Hanoi and receive a warm welcome at the airport. Begin your city exploration with a visit to Ba Dinh Square and the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum Complex. Continue to the iconic One Pillar Pagoda and the historic Temple of Literature, Vietnam’s first national university. Enjoy a leisurely walk around Hoan Kiem Lake and visit Ngoc Son Temple. Browse the vibrant streets of the Old Quarter and Dong Xuan Market before transferring to your hotel for check-in and relaxation. Overnight stay in Hanoi.
After breakfast, enjoy a scenic drive to Ninh Binh, often referred to as “Ha Long Bay on Land.” Visit the Hoa Lu Ancient Capital and explore the temples of King Dinh and King Le. Savor a lavish buffet lunch at a countryside restaurant. Later, embark on a peaceful boat journey through Trang An, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, gliding through limestone caves and tranquil waterways. Return to Hanoi by evening. Overnight stay in Hanoi.
After breakfast, transfer to Ha Long Bay through picturesque rural landscapes. Board a luxury day cruise and sail across emerald waters, passing iconic limestone formations and island scenery. Enjoy a freshly prepared seafood buffet lunch onboard. Explore Sung Sot Cave, experience kayaking at Luon Cave, and visit Titop Island for panoramic views and beach time. Check out from the hotel and transfer to the airport for your flight to Da Nang. Upon arrival, transfer to the hotel for check-in. In the afternoon, drive to the charming town of Hoi An for a guided walk through its ancient streets, heritage houses, temples, and bridges. Enjoy free time for shopping at Hoi An Market, followed by a serene lantern boat ride along the river. Return to Da Nang in the evening. Overnight stay in Da Nang.
After breakfast, journey to Ba Na Hills and enjoy a spectacular cable car ride through misty mountains. Spend time at Fantasy Park, offering entertainment for all ages. - Room allocation is done by the hotel depending upon availability at the time of check-in the category of room as specified on your confirmation voucher.
- Extra bed means Extra mattress.
- No refund will be made for any unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation segments sightseeing tours or any other service due to Bad weather, ill health, Strike, Road blocks or any other factor beyond our Control. Such unused items are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
- No refund shall be claimed, if the services & amenities of hotel were not up to your expectations, it will be considered on case-to-case basis Confirmation policy.
- Token amount is nonrefundable.
- Price quoted are subject to availability at time of confirmation, we are currently not holding any blocking against the sent quotation.
- Tour prices are valid for Indian Nationals & Foreigners holding Indian Resident Permit.

- We are not holding any reservations of air seats, hotel rooms, conference rooms etc. Final availability status will only be known when we request for bookings.
- Holiday Surcharge will be additional if applicable
- Any overstay expenses due to delay or change or cancellation in flight will be on the guests own & Exploring Holidays India will not be held liable for such expenses however we will provide best possible.
- Any GST charged on any transaction will not be refunded.
Payment Policy
- The Above package can be booked/ hold by paying token amount which is 50% of the total amount for booking.
- The client has to complete 80% of total amount within one month from the booking date.
- The remaining 20% should be complete before 7 days prior to date of arrival.
Cancellation Policy
- If cancellations are made 30 days before the start date of the trip, 30 % of the Total Package Cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- If cancellations are made 15-30 days before the start date of the trip, 70% of the Total Package Cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- If cancellations are made within 7-10 days before the start date of the trip, 85% of the Total Package cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- 100% cancellation would be charged from the total booking amount in case of 6 days prior or last-minute booking cancellation due to flight cancellation, any natural calamity, and change in flight schedule/ferry due to technical/weather and high tides and sea conditions.
- In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be cancelled and, in such cases, we will try our best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However, no refund will be provided for the same.
- 100% in case of non-refundable flight ticket / Hotel Room.
- Any GST charged on any transaction will not be refunded.
