Tour Plan
Arrive in Hanoi and meet your guide at the airport. Begin your city tour with visits to Ba Dinh Square, the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum complex, Stilt House, and the iconic One Pillar Pagoda. Continue to the Temple of Literature, Vietnam’s first national university. Enjoy a leisurely walk around Hoan Kiem Lake, crossing The Huc Bridge to visit Ngoc Son Temple. Explore the vibrant Hanoi Old Quarter and Dong Xuan Market before transferring to your hotel for check-in and relaxation. Overnight stay in Hanoi.
After breakfast, drive to Ninh Binh, often called “Ha Long Bay on Land.” Visit the Hoa Lu Ancient Capital and explore the historic Dinh and Le Dynasty Temples. Enjoy a buffet lunch at a premium local restaurant. Later, take a traditional sampan boat ride through Trang An, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, passing through scenic limestone landscapes and caves such as Sang Cave, Toi Cave, Ba Giot Cave, and Nau Ruou Cave. Return to Hanoi in the evening. Overnight stay in Hanoi.
After breakfast, transfer to Ha Long Bay by cruise shuttle. Enjoy a six-hour scenic cruise through the UNESCO-listed bay, sailing past iconic limestone islets such as Heaven’s Gate, Stone Dog, and Fighting Cocks. A buffet lunch is served onboard. Explore Sung Sot (Surprise) Cave, enjoy kayaking at Luon Cave, and visit Titop Island for panoramic views and beach time. Relax with afternoon tea as the cruise returns to the harbor, followed by transfer back to Hanoi. Overnight stay in Hanoi.
After breakfast, check out and transfer to the airport for your flight to Da Nang. Upon arrival, transfer to the hotel for check-in and relaxation. Later, proceed to Hoi An Ancient Town for a guided walking tour, visiting Chinese Assembly Halls, traditional ancient houses, museums, and the famous Japanese Covered Bridge. Enjoy shopping at Hoi An Market and a charming lantern boat ride along the river. Return to Da Nang in the evening. Overnight stay in Da Nang.
After breakfast, join a shared tour to Ba Na Hills. Ride the world-renowned record-holding cable car system through lush mountain scenery. Enjoy entertainment at Fantasy Park, followed by an Indian buffet lunch. Visit the iconic Golden Bridge, dramatically supported by giant stone hands, and enjoy free time to explore gardens and scenic viewpoints. Return to Da Nang in the evening. Overnight stay in Da Nang.
Enjoy breakfast at the hotel and spend free time at leisure until your private transfer to Da Nang International Airport for departure, taking home wonderful memories of Vietnam.

- The confirmation is subjects to availability and prior payment.
- Room allocation is done by the hotel depending upon availability at the time of check-in the category of room as specified on your confirmation voucher.
- Extra bed means Extra mattress.
- No refund will be made for any unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation segments sightseeing tours or any other service due to Bad weather, ill health, Strike, Road blocks or any other factor beyond our Control. Such unused items are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
- No refund shall be claimed, if the services & amenities of hotel were not up to your expectations, it will be considered on case-to-case basis Confirmation policy.
- Token amount is nonrefundable.
- Price quoted are subject to availability at time of confirmation, we are currently not holding any blocking against the sent quotation.
- Tour prices are valid for Indian Nationals & Foreigners holding Indian Resident Permit.
- Booking confirmations are subject to availability.
- All Hotels Rooms are subject to availability.
- We are not holding any reservations of air seats, hotel rooms, conference rooms etc. Final availability status will only be known when we request for bookings.
- Holiday Surcharge will be additional if applicable
- Any overstay expenses due to delay or change or cancellation in flight will be on the guests own & Exploring Holidays India will not be held liable for such expenses however we will provide best possible.
- Any GST charged on any transaction will not be refunded.
Payment Policy
- The Above package can be booked/ hold by paying token amount which is 50% of the total amount for booking.
- The client has to complete 80% of total amount within one month from the booking date.
- The remaining 20% should be complete before 7 days prior to date of arrival.
Cancellation Policy
- If cancellations are made 30 days before the start date of the trip, 30 % of the Total Package Cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- If cancellations are made 15-30 days before the start date of the trip, 70% of the Total Package Cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- If cancellations are made within 7-10 days before the start date of the trip, 85% of the Total Package cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- 100% cancellation would be charged from the total booking amount in case of 6 days prior or last-minute booking cancellation due to flight cancellation, any natural calamity, and change in flight schedule/ferry due to technical/weather and high tides and sea conditions.
- In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be cancelled and, in such cases, we will try our best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However, no refund will be provided for the same.
- 100% in case of non-refundable flight ticket / Hotel Room.
- Any GST charged on any transaction will not be refunded.
