Tour Plan
Arrive in Hanoi and meet your local guide. Begin exploring the historic heart of the city with visits to Ba Dinh Square and the iconic One Pillar Pagoda. Continue to the Temple of Literature, Vietnam’s first national university, followed by a stroll around Hoan Kiem Lake. Wander through the vibrant streets of the Old Quarter, known for its local culture and shopping. Transfer to the hotel and relax. Overnight stay in Hanoi.
After breakfast, journey into the scenic countryside of Ninh Binh. Visit Hoa Lu, the ancient capital of Vietnam, and explore its historic temples. Enjoy a relaxed buffet lunch before embarking on a peaceful boat ride through the rivers, caves, and limestone valleys of Trang An. Return to Hanoi by evening. Overnight stay in Hanoi.
After breakfast, enjoy a scenic drive to Ha Long Bay. Board your overnight cruise and settle into your cabin. Sail past dramatic limestone islands and emerald waters. Visit stunning caves, beaches, and viewpoints during the day. In the evening, enjoy breathtaking sunset views followed by dinner on board. Overnight stay on the cruise.
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner
Wake up to serene morning views of Ha Long Bay. Cruise past unique formations such as the Human Head Island and Tortoise Island, continuing towards Bai Tu Long Bay. Enjoy breakfast and brunch on board before disembarking. Transfer back to Hanoi and proceed for your flight to Da Nang (flight not included). Arrive in Da Nang and check in to your hotel. Overnight stay in Da Nang.
After breakfast, proceed to Ba Na Hills and enjoy a scenic cable car ride over lush forests and mountains. Spend time at Fantasy Park, followed by an Indian lunch. Walk across the world-famous Golden Bridge, offering panoramic views. Return to Da Nang in the evening. Overnight stay in Da Nang.
After breakfast, visit Coconut Village and enjoy a traditional basket boat ride with cultural interactions with local fishermen. In the evening, explore the charming Hoi An Ancient Town, famous for its lantern-lit streets. Enjoy a lantern boat ride, visit the night market, and soak in the magical atmosphere. Return to Da Nang. Overnight stay in Da Nang.
Enjoy breakfast at the hotel. Spend leisure time until your transfer to the airport for departure, carrying wonderful memories of Vietnam.

- Accommodation in the itinerary at the mentioned hotels or the similar hotels.
- The confirmation is subjects to availability and prior payment.
- Room allocation is done by the hotel depending upon availability at the time of check-in the category of room as specified on your confirmation voucher.
- Extra bed means Extra mattress.
- No refund will be made for any unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation segments sightseeing tours or any other service due to Bad weather, ill health, Strike, Road blocks or any other factor beyond our Control. Such unused items are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
- No refund shall be claimed, if the services & amenities of hotel were not up to your expectations, it will be considered on case-to-case basis Confirmation policy.
- Token amount is nonrefundable.
- Price quoted are subject to availability at time of confirmation, we are currently not holding any blocking against the sent quotation.
- Tour prices are valid for Indian Nationals & Foreigners holding Indian Resident Permit.
- Booking confirmations are subject to availability.
- All Hotels Rooms are subject to availability.
- We are not holding any reservations of air seats, hotel rooms, conference rooms etc. Final availability status will only be known when we request for bookings.
- Holiday Surcharge will be additional if applicable
- Any overstay expenses due to delay or change or cancellation in flight will be on the guests own & Exploring Holidays India will not be held liable for such expenses however we will provide best possible.
- Any GST charged on any transaction will not be refunded.
Payment Policy
- The Above package can be booked/ hold by paying token amount which is 50% of the total amount for booking.
- The client has to complete 80% of total amount within one month from the booking date.
- The remaining 20% should be complete before 7 days prior to date of arrival.
Cancellation Policy
- If cancellations are made 30 days before the start date of the trip, 30 % of the Total Package Cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- If cancellations are made 15-30 days before the start date of the trip, 70% of the Total Package Cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- If cancellations are made within 7-10 days before the start date of the trip, 85% of the Total Package cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- 100% cancellation would be charged from the total booking amount in case of 6 days prior or last-minute booking cancellation due to flight cancellation, any natural calamity, and change in flight schedule/ferry due to technical/weather and high tides and sea conditions.
- In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be cancelled and, in such cases, we will try our best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However, no refund will be provided for the same.
- 100% in case of non-refundable flight ticket / Hotel Room.
- Any GST charged on any transaction will not be refunded.
