Tour Plan
Upon arrival in Hanoi, meet your guide and begin a city tour with a visit to Ba Dinh Square, Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, the Stilt House, and the iconic One Pillar Pagoda. Continue to the Temple of Literature, Vietnam’s first national university. Enjoy a leisurely walk around Hoan Kiem Lake, The Huc Bridge, and Ngoc Son Temple. Explore the lively Old Quarter and Dong Xuan Market for local shopping. Check in to the hotel and spend the evening at leisure. Overnight stay in Hanoi.
After breakfast, drive to Ninh Binh (approx. 2.5 hours). Visit the ancient capital of Hoa Lu and explore the historic Dinh and Le Dynasty Temples. Enjoy a buffet lunch at a premium local restaurant. Later, experience a traditional sampan boat ride through Trang An, passing stunning limestone mountains, valleys, and caves such as Sang, Toi, Ba Giot, and Nau Ruou. Return to Hanoi and relax at the hotel. Overnight stay in Hanoi.
After breakfast, transfer to Ha Long Bay (approx. 2.5 hours). Board the cruise around 11:30 AM and begin sailing after a welcome drink. Cruise past famous limestone islets including Dinh Huong, Ga Choi, Dog Island, and Sail Island. Visit Sung Sot Cave and enjoy swimming at Titop Beach. Witness a beautiful sunset from the deck, followed by dinner and optional night fishing activities. Overnight stay on the cruise.
Wake up early to enjoy serene morning views of the bay as the cruise sails past Human Head and Tortoise Islands towards Bai Tu Long Bay. Check out and enjoy brunch on board while returning to the harbor. Transfer back to Hanoi and proceed to the airport for your onward journey with wonderful memories of Vietnam.

- The confirmation is subjects to availability and prior payment.
- Room allocation is done by the hotel depending upon availability at the time of check-in the category of room as specified on your confirmation voucher.
- Extra bed means Extra mattress.
- No refund will be made for any unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation segments sightseeing tours or any other service due to Bad weather, ill health, Strike, Road blocks or any other factor beyond our Control. Such unused items are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
- No refund shall be claimed, if the services & amenities of hotel were not up to your expectations, it will be considered on case-to-case basis Confirmation policy.
- Token amount is nonrefundable.
- Price quoted are subject to availability at time of confirmation, we are currently not holding any blocking against the sent quotation.
- Tour prices are valid for Indian Nationals & Foreigners holding Indian Resident Permit.
- Booking confirmations are subject to availability.
- All Hotels Rooms are subject to availability.
- We are not holding any reservations of air seats, hotel rooms, conference rooms etc. Final availability status will only be known when we request for bookings.
- Holiday Surcharge will be additional if applicable
- Any overstay expenses due to delay or change or cancellation in flight will be on the guests own & Exploring Holidays India will not be held liable for such expenses however we will provide best possible.
- Any GST charged on any transaction will not be refunded.
Payment Policy
- The Above package can be booked/ hold by paying token amount which is 50% of the total amount for booking.
- The client has to complete 80% of total amount within one month from the booking date.
- The remaining 20% should be complete before 7 days prior to date of arrival.
Cancellation Policy
- If cancellations are made 30 days before the start date of the trip, 30 % of the Total Package Cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- If cancellations are made 15-30 days before the start date of the trip, 70% of the Total Package Cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- If cancellations are made within 7-10 days before the start date of the trip, 85% of the Total Package cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- 100% cancellation would be charged from the total booking amount in case of 6 days prior or last-minute booking cancellation due to flight cancellation, any natural calamity, and change in flight schedule/ferry due to technical/weather and high tides and sea conditions.
- In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be cancelled and, in such cases, we will try our best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However, no refund will be provided for the same.
- 100% in case of non-refundable flight ticket / Hotel Room.
- Any GST charged on any transaction will not be refunded.
