Upon arrival at New Jalpaiguri Railway Station (NJP) or Bagdogra Airport (IXB), meet our representative and begin your scenic 3–4 hour drive to Darjeeling. Enjoy the beautiful mountain roads, lush tea gardens, and cool breeze as you ascend to this charming hill station. On reaching Darjeeling, check in to your hotel and spend the rest of the evening at leisure, exploring the local markets and enjoying the pleasant climate. Overnight stay in Darjeeling.
Start early around 4:00 AM (weather permitting) for an excursion to Tiger Hill to witness the world-famous sunrise over Mt. Kanchenjunga. After returning to the hotel for breakfast, proceed for Darjeeling sightseeing, including the Japanese Temple & Peace Pagoda, Padmaja Naidu Himalayan Zoological Park & Himalayan Mountaineering Institute (closed on Thursdays), Tenzing Rock, Gombu Rock, and a panoramic view of a Tea Estate. In the evening, you may stroll around Mall Road or enjoy leisure time at your hotel. Overnight stay in Darjeeling.
After breakfast, check out and drive to Gangtok, the beautiful capital of Sikkim, located about 4–5 hours away. Upon arrival, check in to your hotel and later proceed for a half-day city tour covering the Flower Exhibition Centre, Do-Drul Chorten Stupa, Namgyal Institute of Tibetology (closed on Sundays & govt holidays), Directorate of Handicraft & Handloom, and Banjhakri Falls. Return to your hotel in the evening. Overnight stay in Gangtok.
After breakfast, enjoy a memorable excursion to Tsomgo Lake, a sacred high-altitude glacial lake located at 12,400 ft and surrounded by snow-covered peaks. Continue the journey to Baba Harbhajan Singh Mandir, a popular pilgrimage site with breathtaking mountain views. After spending time at these beautiful spots, return to Gangtok and relax for the evening. Overnight stay in Gangtok.
