Upon arrival at Guwahati Airport (GAU) or Guwahati Railway Station (GHY), meet and greet, followed by a scenic transfer to Cherrapunjee. En route enjoy views of Umium Lake (Barapani), the largest man-made lake in Northeast India, along with visits to Elephant Falls and Duwan Sing Syiem Viewpoint. On arrival, check in to your hotel and spend the evening at leisure. Overnight in Cherrapunjee.
Notes: Guests are advised to book early morning arrival flights. Sightseeing en route is possible only for morning arrivals. Most waterfalls remain dry during winter.
After breakfast, start your trek to the famous Double Decker Living Root Bridge, a 3–4 hour one-way walk (around 4 km) with approximately 1000 ft descent and ascent. The trek goes downhill through Sohsarat village with steep steps in some stretches, followed by a forest trail leading to the bridge. Be careful during monsoon as moss makes the steps slippery. Later, trek back to the starting point and return to your hotel. Overnight in Cherrapunjee.
Note: Rainbow Falls is an additional 1-hour walk from the Double Decker Point and can be covered based on guest fitness and interest.
Optional: Hiring a local guide for the trek is mandatory (charges extra).
After breakfast, proceed for local sightseeing covering Garden of Caves, Arwah Cave or Mawsmai Cave, Seven Sisters Falls, and the majestic Nohkalikai Falls. Later return to the hotel. Overnight in Cherrapunjee.

After early breakfast, drive to Mawlynnong (80 km / 3–4 hrs), Asia’s cleanest village. Explore the village and visit the Single Living Root Bridge (45 mins walk down & 1-hour walk up). After lunch, continue to Dawki (30 km / 1–2 hrs) and enjoy the scenic drive through deep gorges. Visit the crystal-clear Umngot River and the suspension bridge connecting the Khasi and Jaintia hills. Later proceed to Shillong (90 km / 3–4 hrs) for check-in. Overnight in Shillong.

Post breakfast, proceed to Mawphlang Sacred Forest (30 km / 1–1.5 hrs). After the excursion, return to Shillong for sightseeing covering Don Bosco Museum (closed on Sunday), Ward’s Lake (closed on Tuesday), Lady Hydari Park (closed on Monday), and Cathedral of Mary. Overnight in Shillong.
Option 1: Temple Tour
Drive to Guwahati and visit Umananda Temple (ferry charges extra) and Navagraha Temple. In the evening, enjoy a Brahmaputra River Cruise (direct payment, subject to operations). Check-in at the hotel. Overnight in Guwahati.
OR
Option 2: Non-Temple Tour
Drive to Guwahati and visit Science Museum (closed Monday) OR Sankardev Kalakshetra OR Pragjyotika Assam Emporium (closed Sunday). Later enjoy a river cruise (direct payment). Check-in and relax. Overnight in Guwahati.
Note: Sightseeing completion depends on time spent at each location.
Optional: Brahmaputra Sunset or Dinner Cruise (subject to water level & operations).
Early morning optional outer view visit to Kamakhya Temple (VIP tickets to be arranged online by guest). Return to hotel for breakfast and later transfer to Guwahati Airport (GAU) or Railway Station (GHY) for onward journey.
